Well, I am from the Philippines where it is normal having LPAs (Low Pressure Areas) waw. Here in Malabon, floods are normal. But luckily, last year it didn't rain much. Well, this year its rainy.. Its been raining since yasterday, nonstop.. not actually non stop it stops about minutes and rains again..
Classes for the national capital region (NCR) for pre, elementary & high school.. were suspended last night. poor college students though..
